How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Check Inbox and Spam for the reset link.

How do I invite staff?

The firm owner can open Team and choose Invite member. The member signs in with the invited email address.

How do fee packages work?

Create a package in Client fees and choose its included services. Work outside the package can have a separate fee.

Where can I download reports?

Owners can download client work and team activity Excel reports from Dashboard.

What if a return download fails?

Note the message and selected return period, then send a support request. A saved portal login does not guarantee a successful download.
